Ivo Plochg assists CEO´s, presidents, directors, entrepreneurs, scientists, engineers, business owners, managers or other professionals to get more insight into workplace attitudes and behavior.
Many managers and professionals do not wish to discuss their problems with organizational counselors preferring instead to deal with outside counselors. Plochg uses issues from the workplace to help you obtain a clearer grasp of how you are coming across, how you are likely perceived by customers and challenges and attitudes and behaviors that need strengthening so that you can do your job better. Talking with him will provide you the oppertunity to frankly assess how you are handling your responsibilities and to provide you an ongoing "sounding board ".
He will you give open voice to thoughts and feelings about what is going on at work.
Doing so will help you address worries about your job, and identify better strategies for dealing with the challenges that are taking place in your life.
